PhD student in SAS with a keen interest in Islamic Hindu relations spanning through the centuries up to the present.

I have been a teaching assistant (TA) for the course "Muslims of India and Pakistan".

I can play the Indian harmonium to some level of confidence.

I have been published in "Folk, Faith and Feudalism" a collection of essays dealing with a stratification of Indian society known as the Rajputs or "Sons of the Kings".

I have been to India 5 times and Pakistan 4 times, I loved it but my stomach protested (not easy being a White Guy with an Eastern soul).

I hope to help on Indian related articles as best I can and time willing.

I love spending time reading about the British Raj and how both cultures impacted one another in ways overlooked in today's representation of India's history.
