How this person is notable. I recommended it for speedy deletion, but an administrator took down the request. What legacy has this person left for us to reflect on? What has he done that makes him worthy of being encyclopedic reference? If nothing, and this article stays, one could argue that we can make an article for every single person that's been executed, regardless of who they are or what they did.
