This article that was marked for clean-up appears to have been lifted verbatum from [1]. It appears to be a retrospective of his life that appeared in national syndications and numerous newspapers. I'd say it's almost certainly a copyright violation. I've removed it and replaced it with a basic summery of the fellow's accomplishments, catagoriezed and stubbed it.
