1. The image is being used solely to represent Chamberlain's appearing on the cover of the April 12, 1965 issue of SI and to illustrate the accompanying mention of the issue in the text.
2. No fair use photo could be used to replace the image.
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.
4. This image is of a scaled down resolution and copies made of it will be inferior.
5. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the original work.
6. It represents an iconic moment of the player's life as it represents Chamberlain's controversial interview in the April 1965 issue of SI.
