[edit] Project template

I went ahead and made you guys' project template ({{segaproj}}). Good luck on the new project ;) -- gakon5 00:09, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Thanks, I'll add it articles that I come across in my natural range of editing. I encourage all to add {{segaproj}} to applicable talk pages that they come across. --DavidHOzAu 05:12, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Integration with {{cvgproj}}

A request has been made at WikiProject Computer and video games talk to integrate the {{segaproj}} template into the CVG header itself. The newly integrated template can be seen here: User:Hbdragon88/Temp. Thoughts? Objections? --PresN 16:08, 18 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Project forking

I'm not sure I understand the rational in forking a Wikiproject just for Sega when there's WP:CVG. Is there some reason the goals of this project cannot be achieved just as well, if not better under CVG? WikiProjects aren't clubs, and generally should have a reason before their creation, as opposed to looking for a reason. Generally a child project is made when there is enough activity to warrant more separated discussion and focus, but this project is hardly active at all. Isn't this a bit counter-productive? -- Ned Scott 15:54, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

No reason. I just discovered it one day, and thought "heck, why not?" Perhaps this Wikiproject should be labeled inactive, not many people have joined it... --DavidHOzAu 01:11, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
