I'm being quite conservative (I think) with the assesment and not giving "B class" unless the article has inline referencing (or is incredibly well written). Therefore most reasonably well written articles with no or poor referencing are getting "Start class". Articles that consist mostly of lists I've been giving "Stub class", even if they are lengthy.
