[edit] Tofu article

I think the Tofu article is comprehensive and interesting. It even has some small bits of information about Korea here and there. Tofu is a very important part of daily Korean cuisine, and so I wonder if I am missing something. There should be more somewhere, or at least Korean examples should be offered. Is there some article that I don't know about where Korean cuisine and tofu is summarized? If not, I suggest that the Tofu article needs some work to be sufficiently 'Koreanized'.
