  • My user page and talk page both die when it is used on the secure server. Do you think I could have some help :)? (Oh, and my userpage would look much cooler if it was able to stretch with browser size changes)--SomeStranger(t) 20:29, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
The secure server uses a different HTML structure that messes up lot of html code. Please see WP:VPT#Front_Page_CSS_issue --GeorgeMoney T·C 20:48, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
Okay, I see now. Can I still have some help fixing the stretching on my user page?--SomeStranger(t) 01:52, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
Well, in my browser, your page doesn't stretch. --GeorgeMoney T·C 02:32, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
Yeah...that's the problem. I am trying to make it so that the main page and edits boxes fill up the space betweem the boxes on the right side and the end of the page. Is there any easy way to do that while keeping the fixed sizes of the boxes on the right?--SomeStranger(t) 04:01, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
  • I have a User Page on English Wikipedia. I have now registered also as a user of Hebrew Wikipedia. Is there any way to have one User Page and Talk Page for both? Can I redirect people who look at the Hebrew User Page Talk Page to my existing pages?RolandR 00:39, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
Redirects between wikis have been disabled. The best way to get people to talk to you on the enwiki, just say "I want to be contacted at [[en:YOUR USERPAGE|My English Userpage]]" and request that those pages be protected. --GeorgeMoney (talk) (Help Me Improve!) 02:18, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
  • I tried to break my user page into sections that can be hidden and shown at the discretion of the visitor. Unfortunately, I only partially succeded. The bars and fonts get smaller the farther down the page they are and the orginal color scheme of the page I borrowed the piping from bleeds through. Any idea what went wrong and how it can be fixed? Thanks. -JCarriker 07:05, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
  • Not sure if this goes here nor not: Aside from drilling into user history, how can I determine what subpages I've created? I mean after a while, I can see it getting a bit out of hand if you're not keeping track --Joe Christl 18:57, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
    Try http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Prefixindex&namespace=2&from=Z-vap — Nathan (talk) / 01:47, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks. That's it. How do I get to that search field without remembering this link? I tried looking in, Special Pages in the toolbox to the left, but I didn't seem to get the same results. --Joe Christl 15:59, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
Nevermind, I figured it out. I was choosing All Users, I tried Prefix Index, and that was it. --Joe Christl 17:53, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
  • I've been working on making a floating two column page here in the hope that I can make a page that looks alright in both IE and Firefox. As you see, though, I'm having some ugly layout problems. If anyone can anyone lend me a hand I'd be much obliged. Regards, CountdownCrispy ( ? 23:56, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
  • I'm having a little trouble making my drop-down boxes not show white borders. Could someone help me remove these? Blast {{subst:#time:d}}.{{subst:#time:m}}.{{subst:#time:y}} {{subst:#time:H}}{{subst:#time:i}} (UTC)
  • Two questions: Why the hell is there a blank white strip down the side of my page and how do I get rid of it? And how can I get my table at the bottom to center and the top bit go the light blue that I've specified in my code but it won't do? Please help! • Help with Archiving I am unsure of how to archive my old discussion page and it's history along with it if possible. Can you please inform me of how to do this. And the truth shall set you free! 23:25, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

    • stuff
    • headline

  • Two things:
  • On my About me subpage, the {{userpage}} isn't being included in the table. Can someone fix this?
For some reason, the template was displaying incorrectly (meaning it wasn't included in the table) in Firefox at the bottom, so I moved it to below the navigation bar. — S.D. 20:29, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
  • I'd like my image to be at least 100x100 pixels, but the user infobox is defying this and made it very large. (100x100 is the liveJournal userpic size). Elle Bee 17:19, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
    Done. Happy editing, S.D. 20:29, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
  • Hi there, this may seem quite silly but on my sandbox everything on my page seems to be center aligned and I can't figure out how to align everything to the left, maybe you could help, Regards  SensibleMenace

  • Hey. I've got my userboxes organized the way I like them, but I found that in the "My Politics" and "My Spirituality" categories of userboxes, there's an inexplicable 'gap' between userboxes. I've tried fooling around to eliminate that on my own, but I end up getting two or more userboxes pushed over to the right or even overlapping inside the box-category I have. Any assistance in getting that cleaned up would be much appreciated. --Micahbrwn 20:55, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
Are you using Internet Explorer? The user page looks fine in Mozilla Firefox. S.D. 22:10, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah there was a problem in IE with 2 whitespaces appearing below the "Denver" and "Jewish" user boxes. Didn't appear in Firefox. I removed them so hope it's OK now. --snowolfD4( talk / @ ) 22:18, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
  • I've deleted some user pages in my userpage. I want restoration of that, how can I doing? Akanemoto 01:36, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
You'll have to ask a adminstrator to restore the subpages. Cheers, S.D. 01:49, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
