- Some articles need expansion more than others. These articles can be listed below. These articles should be listed even if the contributor who adds the article to the list is going to work on that article themselves; Wikipedia is all about collaboration and many Wikipedians involved with the Project working on an article at once is how great articles will be born. Anyone can add an article to this list (including users not involved with the project) and the person who adds it need not leave their name.

- Batson v. Kentucky - A very important case, especially in the Southern states.
In its current state, an average reader probably would not understand what most of it means, especially with references to the term prima facie without giving its meaning. In much better shape now, but still needs work. See Talk:Batson v. Kentucky for details.
- Miller v. California - This is a landmark First Amendment case
that is currently a simple stub without real substance. It needs work on just about every section except for "The Bench". Looks great after some generous contributions. All that's left is the "subsequent history" section.
- Texas v. Johnson - Flag burning, freedom of speech.
Only a very brief description of a very important case. In much better shape now, but needs some other info and could use tweaking. See Talk:Texas v. Johnson for details.
- Wheaton v. Peters - PedanticallySpeaking created a great foundation for this article. Now it's time for the community to work together to make this article perfect and conform it to the standards set forth by this project.
- Hammer v. Dagenhart- This article is currently listed for cleanup. Please cleanup the article and removed the tag.

Intensive Care
- Roe v. Wade - This article is very POV, needs work on grammar, structure, Wikification corrections and a laundry list of other problems. Any work on it would be appreciated.
