The Article Creation and Improvement Drive is a bi-weekly collaboration to improve articles to featured article status.

/History - For past collaborations.
/Removed - For removed nominations.
/Maintenance - AID upkeep.
The current U.S. Roads Article Improvement Drive articles are
U.S. Route 40 (improvement) and U.S. Route 191 (expansion).
Last collaborations were: Interstate 88 (east) and Nevada State Route 401.

Notify

After submitting the new nomination, go to the nominated article and put

on the top of the article's talk page. (skip {{to do}} if it's already present on the article's talk page)

[edit] How to vote

Sign with "# ~~~~" on the end of the list of the article you want to vote for and then update the vote count in the subhead. Opposing votes are not counted; see approval voting. You can vote for as many articles as you like. Additionally you can give a comment in the comment section.

[edit] How the article is selected

Article with the most votes in each category (improvement and expansion) on every other Wednesday is selected as "The current Article Improvement Drive articles". If two articles have same number of votes, the older nominee wins.

Comment The next project articles are to be selected next Wednesday, March 28.

[edit] How an article is removed from the list

Articles need four votes per 2 weeks to stay on the list. If the current date (March 29, 2007) exceeds the expiry date of a particular article, that article entry is removed from this page and moved to the page for removed nominations.
