Below is a list of notable songs that may not be covered in wikipedia. "Notability" is defined by either critical acclaim or success in the U.S. charts. Some of the songs or artists already have existing articles about them but may need to be redirected. You may want to consider creating a redirect if the name is appropriate.
If you are creating a new article, please follow the guidelines at WikiProject Songs. If you don't have time to create an article with a full infobox please place the template Single infobox request at the top of the article, so that others know to do so.
If the song has an infobox (it does not need to be complete) only then remove it from the list.

- Acclaimedmusic.net top 3000 songs
- Top 100 pop songs by year from 1950-2004 according to Billboard magazine (30 songs for 1950-1955).
