Through the help of a few project members, the first good article listed during our project's existence under our scope is World of Warcraft! Thanks to all who helped! Soon before the project was created, Make Love, Not Warcraft (also under our scope) became the first article under our (future) scope to make it to good article status.

Greeves created our new Outreach Department to spread the word of our our project and to publish our quarterly newsletter.

WikiProject RuneScape (a WikiProject that worked on articles about or relating to RuneScape) became a task force of WikiProject MMOs after Greeves proposed that it was moved to it's new location at Wikipedia:WikiProject Massively multiplayer online games/RuneScape Task Force on late December 20, 2006.
We welcome all new RuneScape Task Force members as we copy their member list to ours as being a part of the task force, is being a part of the full WikiProject MMOs.

Greeves started the MMOGCM process and selected World of Warcraft as the first collaboration. The next MMOGCM will be selected January 30, 2007.
