This is a list of articles related to Korean cuisine that do not yet exist, but should. When adding a link, please also add a brief explanation of the topic and/or a resource that can be used to start the article. Please also note the Korean name, if applicable.

  • Chungmu gimbap (충무김밥), everybody's favourite, named after the former name of Tongyong.
  • Dwaeji-gukbap (돼지국밥), a representative regional hearty pork-parts soup of coastal Gyeongsang-do.
  • Duruchigi (두루치기), a class of roasted or fried pork strips prepared in a gochujang particular to Gyeongsang-do.
  • Jangeo-gui (장어구이), a class of roasted eel in gochujang
  • Jeongol (전골), a form of Korean soup.
  • Siuijeonseo (시의전서, 是議全書), anonymous 19th-century cookbook. (on Empas)
  • Ssamjang (쌈장), a sauce.
  • Yakju (약주), a class of medicinal Korean liquors.
