This page lists translation requests of Japan-related articles from the Japanese Wikipedia into English where the article already exists but could be expanded using the information found on the Japanese Wikipedia.
- If the article is not Japan-related, please place it on the Non-Japan-related translation requests page.
- If the article does not yet exist on the English Wikipedia, and is Japan-related, please place your request on Wikipedia:Requested articles/Japan in the appropriate section.
- Requests for translations from English to Japanese may be placed on the requests page on the Japanese Wikipedia (in Japanese) However, you must be a registered user and have edited the Japanese Wikipedia at least 50 times. Requests can also be made on Chatsubo (in English), apparently without this restriction.

- A Japanese term for promotional girls found in racetracks, the Japanese site seem to talk more about the subject that the English page does, plus unlike "grid girls" as it is known in other countries, many of the models have niche popularity outside Japan, especially in the US and Asia. Any information would be appreciated.

- Japanese version seems plagiarized, much of it coming from here, word-for-word: [1], which is not mentioned in their reference list. I've translated all but the last, highly-plagiarized paragraph. This one also makes a lot of reference to "gesaku"-related terms, so i recommend that someone translate the gesaku page first, so that the vocab and names used on both pages will not be in discord.
