If you're interested in helping add infoboxes to film articles, you can visit here or adopt a letter here. We currently have about 900 articles that don't have infoboxes and have completed about 200 in the last few weeks. We would appreciate any assistance in eradicating the requests. There are instructions and an example on the template's page and if you need any help or have any questions ask one of the members who are currently working on the infoboxes or at the project's talk page. [edit] Instructions
- Find an article from the category below that need a film infobox (if it already has one, remove the infobox request on the talk page).
- Open up the {{Infobox Film}} and copy and paste the code on the left onto the top of the article.
- Fill in all of the fields with whatever information is available. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Films/Style guidelines#Infobox for manual of style details and an example. Also, you can look to other film articles for examples.
- Preview the infobox before saving it to make sure no mistakes are made (i.e.: missing bracket, misspelled words, image is incorrect, etc.)
- After saving the page, head over to the film's talk page and remove the infobox request.
- Add the film page that you fulfilled the infobox request for in the bottom section of this page.
