The outreach department of WikiProject Guitarists is a centralized work area for project recruitment and member interaction efforts. Currently, outreach efforts include:

Project news
  • Despite Aguerriero's recent absence, the project is still going strong due to the hard work of Anger22 and others. If you have time, leave him a nice note (or even a barnstar!)
  • There has been a lot of talk on the project talk page about merging our project into either WikiProject Musicians or WikiProject Biography. The consensus among our members seems to be that the idea is undesirable at this time, for various reasons. Feel free to visit the talk page and weigh in.
Volunteers (still) needed
  • Visit the assessment department and read about how to assess guitarist articles.
  • The Guitar equipment task force needs a coordinator to head up efforts to format the page, lay out standards, work on the Equipment infobox and more. Please message me if you are interested.
  • Does anyone have a bot that could deliver this newsletter once a month? :)
