Wikipedia:WikiProject Former Yugoslavia/AID

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

At WikiProject Former Yugoslavia, we try to collaborate on issues common to all people from former Yugoslavia. This includes writing about scarcely covered topics and bringing articles to featured article status. Feel free to nominate any such articles here and vote for the ones you wish to work on. We will choose three non-existant or very short articles, two somewhat developed articles which still need a lot of improvement and one developed article to bring to featured article status at a time. Once we've "upgraded" an article, we will vote for another article to replace it. Of course, everyone is welcome to work on other nominated articles per their interests.

Nominate and vote for articles below. You do not need to vote for the article you nominate, you can just add it to queue. Vote for three red links/stubs, two short and one long article at one time. Once an article you voted for was selected, vote for another article in the same category. If we can't make a decision by voting, we will simply talk it through on the talk page.

  4. Should probably be called Republic of Užice or something similar, and made one of a series of articles about WWII in Yugoslavia. Beware that this episode includes the first battles between partisans and chetniks and may be highly controversial. Good sourcing is essential. Zocky | picture popups 18:47, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

  4. Good subject. We need to check for similar subjects from other countries. Also, getting a Macedonian editor to help would be nice. Zocky | picture popups 18:47, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

  3. Good idea, but quite a big job. We should start by gathering sources, and write a major article later. Zocky | picture popups 18:47, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
