A key part of having an active, effective group is increasing the member size. Here's some information on inviting members.
The entire member list can be found here.
[edit] How to find users to invite
- Look for members who have contributed to European history-related topics.
-
- Check the history log to see what sort of contributions users have made.
-
- Go to talk pages. Users who comment on talk pages are more likely to be significant contributors. You can confirm this by checking their list of contributions.
- Browse similar projects, notice boards, and portals. Examples include WP:MILHIST and WikiProject Russian History.
[edit] How to invite
Once you've found the member you wish to invite, add the following tag to his or her talk page.
It will look like this:
It's best to add a personal note, such as mentioning an article he or she has contributed to significantly. Make sure you sign your name at the end (~~~~).
Remember to sign this as well.
Good luck!
