  8. . SmthManly / ManlyTalk / ManlyContribs -- I pretty much rewrote Columbine High School massacre into FA status back in August (and I watch it like my child, practically), so I might as well sign up. What this project all about?
  9. Chriswaterguy - I'm more focused on development, esp appropriate technology, water treatment & sanitation, but there is overlap and I will help out here when I can. Feel free to ask, especially if there's a question in my area.

  15. Epolk 17:37, 31 August 2006 (UTC) - I don't have anything to do with disaster management on a professional or academic level but I am interested in the science of disaster management, especially US&R.
  16. Blood red sandman 06:21, 26 September 2006 (UTC) - I have a strong interest in the field of looking at existing disasters and determining what went wrong/could have prevented it, but my strongest interest is in commercial aviation accidents.

Started as a Civil Defence volunteer, but now working developing plans and delivering exercises for a wide range of public sector organisations here. Also providing strategic guidance and management to the Sahana project. Also very busy, but will contribute where possible. Also a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers.
  23. Vikram Sorathia - PhD Candidate at DA-IICT working on automation issues of Situation Awareness capabilities of Disaster Management Information Systems.
  24. Thisisbossi - Mostly assessments and minor edits, but I sometimes do larger edits. I am involved with traffic management during emergency situations.
  25. Dragomiloff - CERT volunteer, former wildland firefighter, and something of a "preparedness buff".
  26. User:Sanguinity - Industrial safety pro (which includes emergency planning and response) and a grad student studying complex systems.
  27. User:Akradecki - I am mainly active on WikiProject Aircraft, but some aspects, like accident articles, fall under the scope of this project to, and I want to make sure the articles meet all needs.
