I've done searches for this wrestling promotion, and found nothing to prove it's notable enough for Wikipedia. RobJ1981 10:44, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

  • Delete Non-notable. Check out their "official" website for any doubts. Suspect sockpuppetry involved, since the two main contributers are named User:BLidor and User:Lyder, and, along with a bunch of anon IPs, their edits are all restricted to this article and its off-shoots. See also Nadev Rozenfield, which was recently nominated and was speed-kept, only because the nominator was accused of sockpuppetry himself. Wavy G 03:00, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
  • Keep. Their match results are listed on a number of noted indy sites, their website isn't any significantly cheesier than that of a lot of local indy promotions, their vids are on Youtube, and they have matches shown on UK TV.   • Keep The New Breed is a legitimate, established heel stable that is part of the ECW Brand's biggest current storyline. They will run their course after a while, but so did Evolution, The 4 Horsemen and the nWo as well. Ohgltxg 00:25 28 February, 2007 (UTC)

  • Delete - Merge I don't think this article is really needed, we should create a complete new article containing both maybe. Something like ECW Originals vs the New Breed and have all the information in one place like that. Just my opinion Govvy 12:33, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

  • Delete ECW Originals, Merge with New Breed (ECW) - There needs to be a merger. Keep the New Breed name, since that's more of a stable than the ECW Originals. Mshake3 16:33, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
  • Delete Haven't been established for long enough. Seems like more of a loose association of performers at current. Mirrors ECW originals article in terms of storyline content. Without storyline content is just a list of names. The fact that they have had a big storyline for a couple of weeks doesn't really deserve Wikipedia immortalisation in my view.   • Keep It's an important article to have for fans of wrestling who wish to learn about current champions across all major brands. It would be a waste of time to go to 20+ pages for individual titles to see who current champions are. Also Tony Drake, Steven Lyndon, Joey Munoz, Markus Riot, Gilbert Aguilera, Tony Ramos and Lil' Cholo. Contested prods. All eight articles are sub-stubs with no references, assertions of notability or substantial information. All eight articles have gone over three weeks since their creation with no improvements. There are currently several hundred stub articles relating to professional wrestling, 483 of them biographical articles - Category:Professional wrestling biography stubs.   • Keep and they should be expanded -- Alkatrazz, Munoz, Drake, and (barely) Riot, at least -- all have appeared on WSX on MTV.     • Comment: no assertion of notability has been made in any of the articles. Many of those voting to keep the article have based this claim on the appearance of some (by no means all) of the individuals in question in a television series that aired for only three weeks and is now on hiatus. The use of a simple Google test reveals that the wrestlers in question are by no means well known - Steven Lyndon has just 458 hits. It should also be noted that TheNewMinistry created all eight articles (within the space of two hours) and thus has a vested interest in preserving them. McPhail 21:43, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

    • Simply appearing on TV (especially with that joke of a fed WSX) doesn't make someone notable (especially with the reports that MTV is about to cancel it). TJ Spyke 00:09, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
      • It's been confirmed that WSX has not been cancelled and was simply removed from its Tuesday timeslot. It will resume elsewhere on MTV/MTV2 in the future. TheNewMinistry 17:37, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

  • Delete WSX is just a small blip of the American wrestling scene, the show was on for like 4 weeks, even OVW/DSW guys are more notable than this. We can't have articles on every wrestler ever born. And there is no way that WSX was the 3rd biggest promotion in wrestling, it was short-lived, and the show wasn't even all that much about wrestling than the bands it featured.   • Keep The article as it stands is virtually useless, but if people don't expand on articles of history, no matter how small they are, Wikipedia will never expand to its full potential. Even I've heard of Alkatrazz.
