25%: Basic project structure complete, some but not all needed templates created, category structure complete, many missing or incomplete articles.
[edit] News and results
- New WP:CUEGAMES list of needed game articles. Also, there is a WP:CUETALK shortcut to the WikiProject's talk page, and (hidden) WP:CUEGLOSS shortcut to the Glossary and WP:CUECAT to the main category, for your convenience. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ 03:30, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- New {{Cue sports nav}} page-bottom navigation template! Check it out in the Templates section, or just look at very bottom of the WikiProject page to see it in action. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ 22:56, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Two new categories for better sorting articles: Category:Cue sports equipment, Category:Cue sports films and television. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ 00:30, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
- Major article cleanup: Billiard balls overhauled; list of snooker terms merged into the larger Glossary, which itself has undergone major revision, formatting consistency and expansion; Billiards moved to Cue sport; Eight-ball overhauled and expanded with differentiating material on US-style vs. UK-style/Blackball rules (article still needs to split into Eight-ball and Blackball (pool)); Billiard disambiguation page created. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ 00:40, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
- Articles on all non-notable alleged games have been deleted on WP:V/WP:NFT/WP:VANITY grounds. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ updated: 23:24, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
- Inconsistent spelling of game names (nine-ball, 8 ball, 3-ball, etc.) has been 100% rectified in article titles (not texts yet!). And a truly ridiculous level of fact/fiction confusion regarding "Minnesota Fats" has been resolved, with a new disambiguation page and several wikilink and textual corrections/clarifications in various articles. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ 05:56, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
