[edit] James Ruse Agricultural High School
I had this article rated recently, with the reviewer involved recommending it be put up for a peer review. I've been working on this article for a while now, and I want to know what it would need to make GA status. I think a few more photos could help, but I don't understand the whole licensing business. And I'm also having some difficulty finding sourced information on history and co-curricular sections. --tankman 07:50, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

A few suggestions
- Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates) - days, months and years should not be linked unless it's a full date like January 23, 1941... not 1997
- Suggest that the table in Co-curricular activities be converted to wiki markup format rather than the current HTML format - this tends to help other editors who are unfamiliar with HTML.
- The Wikipedia:Manual of Style (headings) recommends that you don't use special characters in headings - they should be dropped from the Student Representative Council (SRC), and Years X & Y sections. -> the latter should be Years X and Y
- See also section should come before the references section per Wikipedia:Guide to layout
- The table of contents is possibly too long. Consider converting merging sections or changing say ==Years 7 & 8=== to ;Years 7 & 8
- Per WP:LEAD, the lead should summarise the whole article and, unless a fact is stated there that is not in the rest of the article, does not need references (they should be where the fact is in the article).
- A fair few sections are missing the inline references that are present elsewhere ( particularly the History and Campus sections).
- Needs printed references. Try King P.(ed) (1978). James Ruse Agricultural High School is twenty years old. New South Wales: James Ruse Agricultural High School. ISBN 0959510508. , and perhaps some of the yearbooks. Also there may be a local history book on Carlingford with a section on the school. Carlingford Public School centenary, 1883-1983, ISBN 0959264604 also look promising- Peripitus (Talk) 12:09, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
