This page contains information on the use of pictures (and other materials) that can be found in the official website of the Presidency of Argentina. A user of the German Wikipedia (Benutzer:ALE!) wrote to the webmaster asking for permission to use the pictures there. In short, everything at http://www.presidencia.gov.ar/ is for public use, with attribution. Based on a picture uploaded by the original correspondent, I recommend using a GNU license (the GDFL), though based on the stipulations of the webmaster, a Creative Commons license such as CC-BY-SA is enough (i. e. citing the source and requiring that content must be shared with the same license).
