From the founder of this project, General Eisenhower.

This project is going to strengthen Wikipedia. We will make Wikipedia larger, with bigger articles, and more articles. We will work with the Stub sorting project to be able to make Wikipedia larger. This project will get bigger with Wikipedia because there will be more members.
