WikiWookie is an alias I'm using because my real name, Mike Young, is a bit too common to be usable as a login. I blame my brother for the idea as he calls me "the Wookie" - something to do with red hair and a beard I think.

Anyway, being in Sydney Australia, I tend to be mainly interested in local information. This includes things like places, railways, plants, birds and photography.

I also have an interest in old Microcomputers - most of which have unfortunately tended to fade into history, or at least into somewhat obscure niches. I still remember machines like the RCA 1802 Cosmac, the Commodore 64 and the Amiga.
