When applied to a category talk page, it causes the category talk page to be a member of the category. See for example Category:Science fiction radio programs contains its own talk page. Tim! 09:33, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

This has been fixed by having the template no longer link back to the talk page's article. --PhantomS 10:32, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
