Usage
This template will take two optional arguments:
  1. The first argument matches a main namespace page on the local sister project (That is Wikipedia} here).
    1. This output can be supressed by giving a Asterisk '*' as the argument value.
  2. The second argument is a coresponding or matching category name. It defaults, as does the article link to {{PAGENAME}} if it is not explicitly given.
    1. By the same implicit convention, both arguments are override inputs, allowing the page to connect to different spellings, capitalisations, or phrasing choices.
  3. It is however assumed that the topic is equivalent and essentially identicle.
  4. Because category name matches do corespond quite well sister to sister project, the least likely to change (and always present) category name has been placed second maintaining the convention between the '1A' template sets that connect en.Wikipdedia to Mediawiki Commons.
