The {{WikiProject Rugby union}} project banner template should be added (not subst:ed) to the talk page of every article within the scope of the project. While the template does not require any additional parameters, it has a number of optional ones that add various extra features to the banner. The full syntax is as follows:

General parameters:

class – a rating of the article's quality; see the assessment department for more details.
importance – a rating of the article's importance; see the assessment department for more details.
portal – if the article is used in the featured article queue of the Rugby union Portal, the subpage number of its entry.
Fiji-work-group Answer yes if the article is in the scope of the Fiji Rugby work group, otherwise remove this line.
attention – "yes" if the article requires immediate attention; this should be used sparingly.
collaboration-candidate – "yes" if the article is currently a candidate for the project's Collaboration of the Fortnight.
past-collaboration – if the article was previously a Collaboration of the Fortnight, the dash-separated dates of the collaboration period; must be left blank otherwise.
peer-review – "yes" if the article is currently listed on the project's peer review department.
old-peer-review – "yes" if the article was previously listed on the project's peer review department.
