The part after the "|" puts your page into its proper place in the alphabet, ignoring the "User:" prefix; otherwise, you end up under "U".

Also, adding one of the belt level specific userboxes from User:Rannanmaa/Userboxes/Taido to your user page automatically adds you to this category.
