"Whose Mom Is It Anyway?" is the fourth episode of season two of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Grace, usually annoyed by her mother's meddling, becomes surprisingly jealous when her mother stops match making Grace, and instead decides to set Will. Meanwhile, Jack and Rosario prepare to convince an INS agent that they are happily married, a task which becomes all the more troubled when the agent turns out to be a former boyfriend of Jack's.
