[edit] Songs

Two songs that are rumored to be on the album are "Crash and Burn" and "The Edge", which have both been played at concerts. "The Edge" is originally from Lifehouse's early days when they were still named Blyss. Wade said that roughly half the songs are (at least) piano driven. Initially, this was misconstrued that this album would be a further departure from the group's first two albums. To reinforce this fact, Lifehouse recently contributed their previously unreleased song "Good Enough" as part of the soundtrack for the Disney film The Wild, which is a very mellow, acoustic guitar driven ballad. The suggestion that the album would be mellower than the previous was quelled by the band later, as they announced that a few songs would "Rock a little harder" than the previous album[2].

Who We Are is now said to be musically complete by the band.

In blogs by the band, Wade named three songs from the new album as "Signs of Life", "The First Time" and "Who We Are." Soderberg has confirmed that the song "Mesmerized" will also be on the new album.
