Who Do You Think You Are? is a BBC television documentary series, made by Wall to Wall that started in 2004. In each episode, a celebrity goes on a journey, in order to try and trace their family tree. Three series have so far been broadcast, and a fourth series will air in 2007 [1].

The first two series were broadcast on BBC Two, and the first series was the highest-rating programme of 2004 on BBC Two. Due to the show's popularity, the third series was shown on BBC One. The first series was narrated by David Morrissey, the second series and third by Mark Strong. The first series was nominated for "Best Factual Series or Strand" in the 2005 BAFTAs.

The last ten minutes of episodes from the first series featured presenter Adrian Chiles and genealogical researcher Nick Barratt giving tips on tracing your family tree.

A fourth series of the show will be shown in early to mid 2007. The BBC has not yet annouced who will appear in this series, although it was mentioned on the Children in Need telethon that Natasha Kaplinsky would be one of the subjects.
