Who's Who on the Choo-Choo? is the 16th episode in season 3 in the Barney & Friends television show which airs on the Public Broadcasting Service. The episode features Bob West as the voice of Barney, West was featured on the show from 1992 - 2001.

Barney and his friends keep hearing trains passing through the playground, but they can't seem to get outside in time to see them. Stella the Storyteller stops by to tell one of her wonderful stories about trains.
