How could this be fair use? Anybody with a scanner should be able to make a free (non-copyrighted) illustration of the same thing. --Fastfission 18:39, 11 September 2005 (UTC)

These are U.S. Government images from NIST, and thus in the public domain. I'll upload the larger versions and correct the tagging. Lupo 15:52, 15 September 2005 (UTC)
