Whitwell is a hamlet in Richmondshire, North Yorkshire, England.

Whitwell consists of little more than a few houses and a farm. The nearest notable settlements are Scorton and North Cowton.

Whitwell was on the Allertonshire School and Northallerton College school bus route during the early to mid 1990s. It is no longer served by any public transport as of 2006.
