Whitney, Idaho

Whitney is a small community in the Cache Valley and in Franklin County, Idaho. The city was named after Orson F. Whitney an Apostle of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

It is known as the birthplace of Ezra Taft Benson; he is buried in the Whitney Cemetery.
