White Water Bay is a water park in Oklahoma City, OK built in 1981. Recently sold in a seven park package by Six Flags On January 11, 2007 for 312 Million Dollars. White Water Bay is now currently owned by CNL Income Properties. CNL Leased White Water Bay to PARC Management.
