It is believed in Theosophy that the most adept practitioners of White Magic, using the power of the Seven Rays, can spiritually travel to the etheric city of Shamballa, the "Capital City" of the etheric plane said to be located above the Gobi Desert in Mongolia, and actually meet and receive telepathic instruction from one or more of the three primary deities believed in Theosophy to govern Earth (for whom it is said the Ascended Masters ("Cosmic Masters of the Ancient Wisdom") are working for): Gautama Buddha, Christ, or Sanat Kumara (The deity known in Theosophy as the "Lord of the World" [Believed to be the deity responsible for governing our planet Earth ].). Sanat Kumara is believed in Theosophy to have a humanoid Celestial Body and is called "The Eternal Youth" because he is believed to eternally appear to be about sixteen years old. Sanat Kumara, the being believed in Theosophy to be the god (male deity) of our planet, is of course not to be confused with God with a capital "G", the God of the whole Universe.
