Whit Tuesday (syn. Pentecost Tuesday, Whitsun Tuesday) is the Christian holiday celebrated the day after Pentecost Monday, the third day of the week beginning on Pentecost. Pentecost is a movable feast in the Christian calendar, being dependent upon the date of Easter.
