The 'Baltimore Where What When'is a monthly family magazine of Jewish information, inspiration, and opinion. Established in 1985, it is one of Baltimore's liveliest Jewish magazine, approximate readership is 40,000.[1] The Where What When is directed to the wide spectrum of Baltimore's Jewish population and has become a powerful voice in the community.

The magazine is circulated by mail and by newstand throughout Maryland and Washington D.C. including, Baltimore, Silver Spring and Rockville.[1]The Where What When's timely articles and pertinent advertising have earned it the devotion and enthusiasm of its readers, including - men, women and young people.

The Where what when is a monthly Jewish periodical in the Baltimore area. The Where What When maintains a website with an archive of all the articles published since September 2005.[2]

The articles cover topics such as Jewish schools, Israel, advice, stories, kosher recipes, Baltimore politics, Jewish singles and Jewish Holidays.
