When Devils Strike is a Dope House Records CD recorded by Carlos Coy a.k.a. South Park Mexican. Carlos Coy is currently serving a 45 year prison term in the Texas prison system after being convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The album was recorded by Carlos Coy during his incarceration, Law Enforcers are investigating how he recorded the album in custody. The CD sold approximately 50,000 copies the first week [1] in its first week and landed as 46 on the billboard charts. The CD consists of 15 tracks. The album also comes with a free Chopped and Screwed version of the album.
