Mike, I think we might need an edit and some more info in the light of recent events - 86.141.177.76 at 13:42, 18 August 2006

[edit] POV?

This article looks POV to me:

  • Past headteachers include infamous classics teacher David John.
  • The school is steeped in history
  • There is also a tree recorded in the Doomsday book, a tradition being to see how many year 7s can be fitted inside
  • Yet despite the beautiful surroundings on some areas of the campus
  • In which students are forced to learn
  • Its annual musical productions are renowned for their high standards and daring
  • The school has extensive behavioural problems. Anti-social behaviour and bullying is the norm. One reason for this maybe the lack of any good clear strategy to deal with the problem and a general "can't-do" attitude
  • The school also prides itself on the number of foreign trips it offers
  • The Sixth Form itself is famous for achieving good reults and providing a very slim chance for students aiming for Oxbridge
  • The only notable alumni are Supergrass

It might be a point of view but bullying in wheatley park is certainly the norm and I agree with the above comment having seen it there myself. 3dom 00:09, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

It is also lacking in sourced references. Rgds, - Trident13 15:10, 3 October 2006 (UTC)

I agree, the article definatly seems biased.130.246.132.26 14:06, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
