Bill Cernansky is a software engineer and professional comedic improvisor with ComedySportz-Portland. He also teaches and directs improvisational comedy in Porland, Oregon, USA. He is former head writer of Arizona State University's sketch comedy show, Farce Side Comedy Hour (1987-88).
He is the author of the video scorekeeping program JANIS and also the humorous article, "If Operating Systems Were Beers", widely disseminated on the Internet.
Bill works on Wikipedia articles mostly on a notice-and-fix or notice-and-report basis.
