[edit] Editing title

Can a fellow Wikipedian please assist in editing the title? The is no comma after the word "New". Title should be as follows: What's New Pussycat? Can someone delete the comma? Penny Lane 01:17, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

According to IMDB there is a comma. --Arcadian 03:08, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
The proper authority for this should be the film itself. In the introductory credits, the film's name is "What's New Pussycat". At the end, the credit for the theme-tune is also given as "What's New Pussycat". In both cases with the apostrophe but no comma. Therefore I deduce that the film's proper title is "What's New Pussycat", with an apostrophe but no comma. I will edit the main page.Peter Maggs 18:11, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
OK, I've renamed the page and hope I have not screwed anything up! Peter Maggs 18:23, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
Rechecking the film, I realise of course, that I left out the issue of the question mark. The question mark does not appear on the title in the film, although it is included on the DVD cover as well as the title of this entry. I'm not sure that it is necessary to change the name of the entry again, but perhaps fellow Wikipedians have their thoughts? Peter Maggs 05:28, 16 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Renee Lefebvre

Is it Renee or Renée ? Hektor 17:15, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

Having checked with my wife (a French teacher), it is, of course, Renée. Well spotted Hektor. I've made the change. Peter Maggs 20:34, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sequel

Shouldn't we mention the sequel ? -- Beardo 01:19, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Banned?

The Internet Movie Database incorrectly states that "What's New Pussycat" was banned in Norway. The same incorrect information has already appeared, twice actually, in the present article. We should go for the facts, and so I have removed the passage in question. On the following link you will find a complete list of movies once banned in Norway: http://film.medietilsynet.no/Filmdatabase/Soek?tittel=&regi=&roller=&genre=&aldersgrense%3Alist=Forbudt&land=&aar=&vurdert=&distributoer=&datoStart=&bildeformat=&datoSlutt= Note the absence of What's New Pussycat. [edit] First use of the word fuck in a screenplay

An anonymous comment on the talk page of I'll Never Forget What's 'Isname claims that What's New, Pussycat preceded I'll Never Forget What's 'Isname in using the word fuck. Can anybody confirm this? TheMadBaron 04:48, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
