Big Frog 104 is a country music radio station. It bills itself as "The Best And Most Country out of Utica, New York".

Big Frog 104 was previously called 96 Frog, As part of an "April Fool's Day" gimmick,96 FROG swapped frequencies with a sister station on 104.3 for the day. The improved signal strength was so popular that the station applied for a frequency re-assignment and become Big Frog 104.

WFRG was previously owned by Forever Broadcasting (hence the Big Frog branding) but was sold to Regent Broadcasting in August of 1999.

In addition to the frog-themed local jocks used in most Froggy stations, WFRG also airs the syndicated programs Lia, Danny Wright, Retro Country USA, Country Top 40 with Bob Kingsley, and America's Grand Ole Opry Weekend.
