Annotated aerial photo of Monument Valley.

Original 1024x768 JPEG (Canon Powershot S110) photo taken by Finlay McWalter on 11th July 2002 from a Continental Airlines flight from SFO to IAH.

Manually annotated using Adobe Photoshop by Finlay McWalter, using USGS topographic maps for reference. Labels are approximate, and this image is not suitable for navigation. The view is roughly looking south-southwest.

Note: the segment of road on the bottom right is actually not HWY 163.
