WFIV is a 5000 watt FM radio station located in Farragut, Tennessee broadcasting on 105.3 MHz operated and owned by Horne Radio. Before WFIV, they were WKVL and had formats from talk to all 80s.

The station is located on Watt Road off of Interstate 40 near the junction of I-40 and I-75. The stations antenna is located west of the studio in Lenoir City.

The station's format is a variety of eclectic variety of blues, reggae, folk, pop, and rock music from the mid-1960s to the present. The station is classified as independent programming and is in the category of" AAA or * Adult album alternative, radio format."

WFIV has developed a reputation for being devoted to their community including Knoxville, Tennessee, Oak Ridge, Tennessee and Farragut, Tennessee, but truly claims to be the voice of Farragut, which it governs the location of western Knoxville.

Prime examples of programming include Todd Etheridge, serving the weekday morning show from 6 to 10 AM eastern standard time. The community can find Todd occasionally giving prize giveaways on Fridays. Todd is also known for his own program show entitled "Bring on the night" and is broadcast on Friday evenings from 10 pm to midnight.

WFIV also has a history of playing various songs at the same time each week. As an example, Russell Smith on Friday afternoons between the hours of 5:00 PM EST - 5:30 PM EST always broadcasts the start of the weekend with a song entitled, Cold Beer Hello by Scott Miller and the V-Roys. Russell every late afternoon during the week dedicates a portion of his program with a brief break program entitled "Getting the Audience Dialed In" including tidbits and facts on musical history and common place real time musical events.

Additional syndicated programing include House of Blues Hour, hosted by Elwood Blues himself, Dan Akroyd, as well as Little Stevens, Underground Garage hosted by Little Steven who has been the guitarist in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band since the 1970's.

Also, Sunday mornings at 9am is the syndicated broadcast of Rosalie Howarths' weekly journey through music of different cultures entitled, Putumayo World Music Hour. Rosalie Howarth works at KFOG San Francisco, California / San Jose, California and also hosts Acoustic Sunrise broadcasting from KFOG, Sunday mornings.
