Wetonka is a town in McPherson County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 12 at the 2000 census.

Wetonka is located at 45°37′28″N, 98°46′8″W (45.624539, -98.768932)^GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²), all land.
