Westshore Mall is a one story shopping mall located just north of Holland, Michigan. The mall is located in Holland charter Township.
The mall opened in the spring of 1988 with anchors Sears, Prange's, Steketee's and JCPenney. Steketees closed in 2003 and was soon replaced by Dunham's Sports. Prange's was purchased by Younkers in 1992. Sears closed its mall store in favor of a franchised dealer store in 2004; in 2007, Steve & Barry's opened in the location formerly occupied by Sears.
Since the competing Rivertown Crossings 20 miles away opened in 1999, Westshore Mall has struggled. The occupancy rate in 2006 is approximately 60 percent.[citation needed]
Local radio station JQ99 has a satellite studio in the mall.
