Westminster is a typeface bundled with certain Microsoft products (including Windows 98). It was created in the 1960s and is named after a bank that helped fund the production of the font. The entire typeface is based on the machine-readable numbers printed on checks

This font was used in the web-based Flash cartoon Homestar Runner as the screen font for Strong Bad's "Tandy 400" computer.

On episodes of Dexter's Laboratory from 2001 - 2003, this font was used on the title screen credits.
